PYO Rules & Information
Fruit Containers
Our fruit is sold in standard containers used in the United States fresh fruit and vegetable business. They are measured by dry volume.
For strawberries, we also use half flat and flat boxes. These boxes have low sides and waxed cardboard making them great options for picking larger quantities of strawberries. The design of half flat & flat boxes helps prevent strawberries being crushed at the bottom of the box by the weight of the fruit above it.
When placing your PYO order please keep in mind what the maximum number of PYO guests are per container type. Please see chart below.
Ex: If you have 4 guests arriving to pick strawberries you would need to purchase either two quarts, a half flat or a flat. With 4 guests picking strawberries a quart would be to small since the maximum number of guests for that container size and quantity is 2.

Weber’s PeachBerry Farm Pick Your Own Cancellation Policy:
Rain closures are not common at PeachBerry Farm’s Pick Your Own (PYO). However, we will close if there is heavy rain or unsafe conditions. Please note, the weather leading up to PYO dates also affect how ripe the fruit is and the quantity ready for picking. Cancellations may occur if the ripeness and quantity of the fruit is not suitable for picking. We may have to cancel with short notice. Closures will be announced on social media. Additionally, pre-purchased tickets affected by cancelled time slots will be emailed a voucher code for the full value of the cancelled ticket order.
The voucher is worth the dollar amount that was originally paid for the cancelled PYO order. If the new ticket order costs more, the difference will be covered by the guest. If the order costs less and there is a remaining balance on the voucher, please email [email protected] to reset and adjust the value of the voucher. PYO vouchers will expire on December 31, 2024. PYO vouchers are only valid for re-booking a new PYO order at Weber's PeachBerry Farm. They are not valid at the Weber's Cider Mill Farm market or event ticketing pages.
If a guest is not feeling well we ask that you please stay home. Please contact Weber's Farm at [email protected] BEFORE the start of your PYO session to request a ticket voucher to re-book in 2024. The staff that monitor the above mentioned email are usually in the fields running PYO. Emails will be read and assistance provided within a few days of receipt. We appreciate your patience.
